Built by an operator

I built OptiMarine because I was tired of running my fleet on email, spreadsheets, and guesswork.

I have spent years running vessels, and I have lived every gap this platform closes. Operational truth gets lost between the ship and the office: buried in inboxes, retyped into spreadsheets, passed along in calls no one wrote down, and caught too late to act on.

So the brief was simple. Build the tool I always wished I had. Fast enough that crew actually use it, clear enough that I trust every number, and honest about the one thing that makes or breaks any maritime system: the quality of the data underneath it.

I believe shipping is on the edge of its biggest shift in a generation, and that AI, applied properly, will decide who runs the tightest fleets of the next decade. OptiMarine launches on my own vessels and scales across a fleet one ship at a time. No rip-and-replace, no six-month rollout. Visibility from day one, on real data.
